Good afternoon,

In recent weeks, there have been a number of inquiries about the new traveler ID registration program entitled Flyclear.com, i.e., a program that would afford the traveler w/ a much more streamlined process through airport security.  The program reportedly charges each client a $128.00 annual fee.  At this time, please be advised that this is a personal expense that is NOT to be reimbursed to the traveler.  At some time in the future, should this service become a legitimate miscellaneous cost as per the FTR 301-12, we will notify you accordingly.

Please widely distribute this guidance to your respective IC travel communities.
