This serves as a follow up to Transmittal No. 109.

At this time, we have received responses from 4 of the 29 IC components. Consequently, this office just received word from the OS/Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (ASAM) that depending upon the total projected attendance for the entire HHS, there is a very good likelihood that any request submitted after Tuesday, August 26, will not be approved. Therefore, at this time, we are requesting that you submit the requisite attendance information by not later than Tuesday 4:00 p.m., August 26.

Again, for each person attending, you are to include the, 1) Name; 2) Title; and 3) Role served at the event. The information should be completed in the LAE format and is to be emailed to Lori Barrack (cc me and Ken Stith).

You are to submit a negative response as well.

Any request received in this office AFTER 4:00 p.m. will be held until we find out from the ASAM whether or not additional attendance will be approved.
