Thank you for providing this office w/ the requisite attendance information in a timely manner. As a follow up to the previous transmittals on this subject, we are requesting the following information:

· For each person who you've identified as attending the event, please tell us which sub-object class was used to classify the purpose of the trip on the prepared Travel Order.

We are simply looking for the name of the individual and the sub-object class code. You do not need to submit this data in any special format.

Example: John Smith - 21.51

The requested information is to be emailed to Lori Barrack w/ a cc to me and Ken by not later than Friday, September 5.
