Attached is the LAE list for FY 2004. Please keep in mind that all of the events highlighted in a "blue" font are part of the International Travel Plan (ITP) that was forwarded to the HHS/Office of Global Health Affairs. W/ that in mind, as we progress through the fiscal year and approach the start date for each of those trips on the ITP, any changes upward to your original attendance numbers for a particular event, must be emailed to Lori Barrack in this office (cc me and Ken Stith). Lori will continue to send out reminder notices for all the trips on the list, as this office did last fiscal year.

Please ensure that the person in your IC who is responsible for monitoring the LAE List and effecting the appropriate action, receives this transmittal.
