The Office of Global Health Affairs (OGHA) has requested that we provide the following information w/ respect to attendance at the subject event:

1) The name and title of the individual attending;

2) The role they will be serving.

Please email this information to Lori by not later than Wednesday, November 5. If you don't anticipate anyone from your IC in attendance, please provide a negative response, as well.

The reason for the request is because the Surgeon General will be attending the Congress and would like to know who else from HHS will be attending the event. OGHA wants to emphasize that this has nothing to do w/ total attendance numbers. It is strictly for informational purposes only.
