All,

This is to inform you that we just received word yesterday that the

Director, Office of Global Health Affairs/OS has placed a limit on the

overall delegation of HHS representatives that will be approved to attend

the subject conference.  As a result, this office is requesting the

following information regarding all NIH prospective attendees:

1) IC

2) Name

3) Title

4) Role - To include a detailed justification.

It goes w/out saying that all efforts to make transportation and lodging

reservations, or, e.g., pay registration fees, should be halted immediately.

The information is to be emailed to Lori Barrack w/ a cc to me and Ken Stith

by not later than Thursday, April 22.
