This serves as a follow up to Transmittal No. 23 on the above subject. If you've already responded to the request, you can disregard this message. If you have not yet responded, again here is the request.

Please provide information regarding official travel to the Olympics. Specifically, if for any reason your IC is proposing to send any individual to the Olympics, using appropriated travel funds, please provide the following information:

1. Name of each employee who will travel to the Olympics

2. Start and end dates of travel

3. Reason for travel

4. Costs associated with travel, including airfare, per diem rate, and other costs

The information including a negative response must be transmitted by not later than 3:00 p.m. today.
