The HHS is requesting the following information:

1) How many persons from your IC are planning to travel to these events?

· 2002 National STD Prevention Conference - San Diego, CA March 4-7, 2002

· International AIDS Conference - Barcelona, Spain July 7-12, 2002

· 9th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections, Seattle, WA February 24-28, 2002

2) How many travelers from your IC are planning to travel to more than one of the three events listed?

3) Please indicate the names of those travelers who are planning to attend more than one of the listed events.

We are currently discussing internally how we will address this, and possibly other Department requests for this type of information.
